What this service is

Show Me Metal Roofing, operated by Compass Camper LLC, is a marketing and matching service. We connect homeowners with independent local roofing professionals. We are not a contractor, we do not perform roofing work, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a professional.

No professional relationship

Any contract for roofing work is between you and the independent professional you choose. We do not supervise, direct, or control their work, and we do not warrant it. Missouri issues no state roofing licence, so verify insurance, the written contract and manufacturer certification yourself, and check any city credential with the issuing city, before signing anything.

Information on this site

We work from primary sources and cite them, and we date anything that can change. Even so, statutes, municipal licensing rules and prices all move, and the Revised Statutes of Missouri are amended from time to time. Nothing here is legal, engineering or real estate advice, and nothing here tells you whether a specific contractor is properly credentialed. Confirm anything you are relying on with the issuing city or with your own insurer before you act on it.
