Show Me Metal Roofing is free for homeowners. We are paid a referral fee by the roofing professional we match you with. That fee never increases the price you pay for your project.

The arrangement, in plain terms

• You use this site and submit the form at no cost.
• We pass your details to an independent local roofing professional covering your area.
• That professional pays us a referral fee for the introduction.
• The fee comes out of their business, not added to your quote.
• You are under no obligation to hire them, and we are not paid more if you do.

Why we tell you this

Because you should be able to see the incentive. A site that earns on referrals has a reason to push you toward a form, and that is the right context for reading anything here. Our answer is to make the pages worth reading whether or not you ever contact us. Two of them exist mainly to correct things this market gets wrong: the verification guide and the hail claims guide.

What the fee does not buy

• It does not buy a recommendation. We do not rank professionals by quality and make no claim about anyone's work.
• It does not buy a review or rating. There are none on this site, real or otherwise.
• It does not change what we publish about the law. The statutory pages cite the Revised Statutes of Missouri and say what those sections say, including where that is inconvenient.

What you should still do yourself

Get more than one quote. Ask the insurance agent, not the contractor, to send you current liability and workers compensation certificates naming you. Get the contract in writing with a deck change-order process. If your address is in Kansas City or the City of St. Louis, check any credential with the city directly rather than taking a number off a business card. A match from us is an introduction, not a substitute for checking.
